                                                          Bird Watching

Bird watching is a serious hobby which requires a lot of time and effort. People who watch birds
are called birders. There are unique ways birders identify and follow birds. These methods help
birders understand what kind of bird they are watching. Birders also record the bird’s habits and
              behaviours. MUESTRA EDITORIAL
No one can know the sights and sounds of nature as a bird watcher. Birders must quickly process
a lot of information about the birds they follow. They have to understand what to be careful
about when they see a strange bird. They must take notes about the bird’s shape and wings and
how it moves through a bush or tree. This work helps to develop great visual and hearing abilities
among birders. That’s why birders are always more keen and watchful than ordinary people.
In the beginning, it can be difficult for a bird-watcher to identify even common birds. When a
bird suddenly appears in their sight, they must act quickly, grab their binoculars, and start flipping
through the field. They must take another look at the bird more closely. Suddenly, the bird may
be gone, but a different one is lower in the same bush. It can be highly annoying!

However, bird watching can be a rewarding experience for those deeply interested in this hobby.
Birders learn many things about the birds they observe. For example, many birds have specific
markings on their feathers. By studying the markings on a single bird, birders can learn a lot
about what type of bird they are watching. The feathers of a bird can reveal the bird’s age and
whether it is male or female. Adult birds have fully grown feathers, whereas young birds mostly
have smaller, delicate feathers, which are pretty soft. The most interesting birds that birders
observe are predators. These birds survive by hunting and eating other animals. Hawks, owls,
and eagles are predators with powerful wings and keen eyesight.
Many birders merely watch birds as a hobby. It is only an enjoyable free time activity for them.
However, their research is almost always valuable for scientists who study birds. Most of the time,
scientists ask trained birders to observe birds for them. These birders are pleased and excited to
help the scientists by recording the habits and behaviours of birds. If you also like birds, watching

                                              Cultural Behaviour In Business Life

Today's business world is conducted across international borders. The majority of the global business
community shares English as a common language, but business communication expectations
differ widely among cultures. A lack of understanding of the cultural standards in business life
can result in unfair judgements, misunderstandings and breakdowns in communication. There are
three main areas of differences in business worldwide, and they could help you well when you
find yourself working with someone from a different culture. The first one is addressing someone.
Many Europeans and Latin Americans prefer to be addressed with a title, for example, Mr or Ms
and their surname when they meet someone in a business context for the first time. Americans
and the British tend to prefer using their first names recently. When doing business with people
from these countries, it is best to listen and observe how your conversation partner addresses
you. If you are still not sure, you should ask them how they would like to be addressed. Smiling
is the second one. A famous Russian saying states, 'a smiling without reason is a sign of idiocy’.
Also, Russia sees a so-called 'smile of respect' as insincere. However, in countries like the United
States, Australia and Britain, smiling is generally regarded as being open, friendly and respectful.
It is also used to break the ice frequently. Research on smiles across cultures proved that smiling
individuals were considered more intelligent than non-smiling people in Germany, Switzerland,
China and Malaysia. Whereas, in countries such as Russia, Japan, South Korea and Iran, people
with smiling faces were mentioned as less intelligent than the non-smiling ones. Eye contact is
the last one. An American or British person can look at their customer to show that they pay full
attention to what they say. Still, if that customer is from Japan or Korea, they can find the direct
eye contact strange. In South America and Africa, prolonged eye contact can be challenging
for authority. In the Middle East, eye contact within a gender can be a sign of honesty and
              truthfulness.
Increased consciousness of the possible differences in expectations and behaviour in business
life can help us prevent cases of miscommunication. It is also vital to remember that cultural
stereotypes can negatively impact building good business relationships. Although national cultures
can play an essential role in forming the way we behave and think, we are also widely influenced
by the region, our communities, age, gender, culture and individual experiences. Therefore,
knowledge of the possible cultural differences can be beneficial to keep at the back of our minds.

generates a circular economy. You can also save resources. For instance, saving water is so
crucial for freshwater ecosystems. Doing simple things to reduce water consumption makes vital
changes. For example, by taking shorter showers, avoiding small clothes washes, and turning your
taps off while brushing your teeth, you can save gallons of water!

                  demand for energy production.

more because of discounts will cost us and the environment more. Whether it's groceries, clothes,
or home products, you can reduce the amount of waste generated by purchasing what you
need. In this way, you can help reduce pollution. The world's natural resources are limited, and

after the animals, and she's also learning how to juggle.
The highlight of the circus is the three clowns, Pit, Pot and Pat. They all wear long red shoes,
but Pat's shoes are the longest, and sometimes, he falls over because they're so long! They
perform for about twenty minutes, and they are always the most popular act with the
audience, especially the children. Many people think Pit, Pot and Pat are three brothers,
but Pat is older than the other two - he's their father! He's the oldest clown in the country,
but he has a lot of energy.

Wild animals share the Earth with us, and they fascinate us with their beauty, grace, and speed.
Although we love observing their behaviour and learning more about their habits, only loving
them is not enough. All of these animals are endangered. Most of them have died, and they may
someday disappear from the Earth unless special care is given. One reason to save endangered
animals is to protect the balance of life on Earth. Another reason is the beauty and importance
of the animals themselves. Each species of animal is special. For example, the elephant seems
to represent all that is strong and wild in Africa. Today, it is endangered and killed for its ivory
tusks. The fastest land animal, the cheetah, also lives in Africa. It is becoming extinct as people
take over more and more of the land that is its cheetah’s natural habitat. Once these animals are
gone, they are gone for good. Unless people care more about the land, there are endangered
              species.
In South America, the destruction of the rainforest threatens many animals. Unusual mammals,
such as the howler monkey, are endangered. Beautiful birds like the green macaw and the golden
parakeet are also becoming extinct day by day. They’re losing their homes in the rainforest, and

thousands die when they are caught and shipped to be sold as exotic pets. The giant panda of
Asia is also a fascinating and unique animal. However, there are only very few that still live in
the wild. The giant panda’s leading food is the bamboo plant, and the panda is threatened to
die when the bamboo forests die. Another extinct animal, the tiger, the largest of all the big cats,
is hunted merely for sport. The blue whale, the largest sea animal, is also endangered. Whale
hunting and pollution are this species’ greatest enemies. Unfortunately, people cause many of the
problems that animals face. We alter and pollute their habitats. We hunt them for skins, tusks, furs,
and horns. And we move them from their natural habitats and take them home as pets.
So, what can you do to help endangered animals? You can research them and learn more
about them. The more you know, the more you can provide support. For instance, you can show
an effort to support zoos and wildlife groups. Many zoos breed endangered animals, helping
to ensure that they will continue to live. You can contribute to groups that work hard to protect
animals. You can also be a smart shopper by never buying a pet that has been raised in the

wild. The world has many living things, and each depends on the others to survive. If we cannot
protect even one species on Earth before it becomes extinct, it impacts other living things and
changes our world. When we mention endangered wild animals, let’s hope that we never again
                  have to say ‘’gone forever’’.

of the possibilities for space tourism have emerged from Russia, but the US has paid for non-
government representatives from different companies for space travelling. Also, two congressmen
have flown on space missions to garner congressional support for the NASA space program.
Only a few companies are currently involved in space tourism. A private U.S. company has
developed rockets that may someday shuttle passengers to space stations in orbit. In May 2012,
the same company became the first private company to send a spacecraft into space. Another
American company works with the Russian Federal Space Agency to provide seats on Russian
space missions for paying passengers. They offer atmospheric and orbital flights and also an
optional spacewalk. They may even offer trips to the moon for vast amounts of money in the
              future.
There are companies which are planning to offer moon trips in the future. These companies
have even experimented with inflatable space habitats that may develop into space hotels in the
future. A private company has developed an experimental passenger cabin that can go into the
space shuttle's cargo bay to get to these space hotels. It can carry up to seventy-four passengers.
Space tourism is expected to develop and become very popular in the future, but it will take a
particular time for the price to reach a reasonable level. If you are not a multimillionaire, you will
definitely have to find a vacation destination down here on Earth.

person to manage their own time. For example, some people like to work slowly and steadily,
while others want to work in short bursts. However, in an office environment, people are usually
under pressure to make it seem like they are working even if they are not. On the other hand,
it is often said that modern society leads to feelings of isolation and working from home might
exacerbate this. Having no one around to chat with might make people more stressed and have
worse effects on their mental health than working in an office. The internet has created a world
of interruptions that may be hard to resist if someone sits in their living room rather than in a
cubicle. Furthermore, everyone who has tried to organize a conference call knows face-to-face
interactions are normally more time-efficient and productive than trying to communicate remotely.
It seems that working from home is a little bit of a confusing topic. The freedom of not having
to come to a particular place to work is appealing. However, humans are social creatures and
having everyone in their homes all day is probably not the best solution. Therefore, it should be
optional. Maybe it can be much better to have the chance to choose either working from home
              or working in an office.

The way young people are making friends around the world is changing. A US survey asked
teens to focus on how they spend time and interact with their closest friends both digitally and
in person. Many teens mentioned that they hang out with their most relative friends via the
internet, such as on social media or on gaming websites. More than half of teens hang out
with their closest friends online regularly, which is similar to the share of teens who spend time
with close friends at one another's house. Teenage boys are more likely to spend time online
with close friends than teen girls. Many of those who have met a friend online mentioned they
spend time with their closest friend online, which is higher than the number of teens who have
not met a friend online. Neighbourhoods also are a popular place for teens to connect as most
teens spend time around their neighbourhood with their closest friends. Boys are more likely
than girls to spend time with their closest friends in a neighbourhood. Nearly half of teenage
boys mentioned this is where they regularly spend time with their most close friends, compared
with girls. Around a third of teen girls spends time with their closest friends at a coffee shop or
shopping centre. Girls are twice as likely as boys to hang out in these locations as most teen
girls regularly spend time with their closest friends compared to boys.
